Instant Messaging. 即時通訊。現在可以當做動詞和廣義的包含所以相關的即時通訊軟體。最早的來源應該是 American On Line (AOL) 的 AOL Instant Messaging (AIM) 例子: Hey, can you IM me your address so I can set up my navigation? 嘿，你可以把你的地址用即時通訊傳來所以我可以設定我的導航嗎？

POV
Point of View 視點人物寫作手法。意思就是「觀點」、「視角」，現在很多線上影片都是以第一人稱來敍述故事。讓人很可融入情境當中。 例子: Johnny: With smartphone camera and GoPro, many videos are shot with POV. 強尼: 智慧型手機的相機和GoPro讓很多影片的觀點變成第一人稱。 Bonnie: Right, I almost feel that I am in the shooter’s angle. 邦尼: 是啊，我看的都覺得身歷其境。

DOB
Date of Birth 生日日期。 例子: The DOB is a mandatory field。生日日期是必填的欄位。

WIP
Work In Progress 現在正在進行。 例子: Johnny: What is the status of the bug fix? 強尼: 程式臭蟲的進度怎麼樣？ Bonnie: It is still WIP targeting the next build cut. 邦尼: 還在進行中，目標是下個版本的建立的切入點。

XFN
Cross (X) Function 跨部門功能，跨界。 例子: The most important part is to coordinate XFN to ensure everyone is on the same page. 最重的部份是跨部門的整合來確認大家都在同一頁上。

SME
Subject Matter Expert 精通某一領域或主題的專家。 例子: Johnny: Who is the SME for autonomous vehicle? 強尼: 誰是自駕家的主題專家？ Bonnie: Oliver is the SME as he has been in this field for years. 邦尼: 奧利弗是主題專家，他在這領域很多年了。

POC
Proof of Concept 觀點驗證程序。 例子: The results of POC were superb. We could almost straight to production. 觀點驗證程序的結果好極了，我們直接都可以進入量產。 Point of Contact 連絡點也是主要連絡人。 例子: Johnny: Can you find me the POC to apply for HR training? 強尼: 你可以幫我找申請人事訓練的連絡人嗎？ Bonnie: Sure, let me Slack you Jessica’s email. 邦尼: 當然，我用 Slack 傳潔西卡的電郵給你。

AMA
Ask Me Anything 問我任何問題。 有時候在討論區或有專家對某話題有專業見解，會公開說AMA來問我任何問題，來者不拒。 例子: The CEO is hosting an AMA session to asnwer the recent layoffs. 執行長要舉辦一個可以提問任何問題的會議來說明最近的裁員。

Direct Message 直接傳訊息給我。跟現在流行的直接密是一樣的意思。 例子: Just DM me if you have anymore questions. 如果你還有任何問題，就直接傳訊息給我。

WLB
Work Life Balance 工作和生活平衡。如果一般工作時數以40小時為基礎，超過就是不平衡。 像阿里巴巴的996就是屬於不好的工作生活平衡。 例子: Normally high TC will result in poor WLB. 一般來說，高薪的工作就會有不好的工作和生活平衡，工時數都長。
