Point of View 視點人物寫作手法。意思就是「觀點」、「視角」，現在很多線上影片都是以第一人稱來敍述故事。讓人很可融入情境當中。 例子: Johnny: With smartphone camera and GoPro, many videos are shot with POV. 強尼: 智慧型手機的相機和GoPro讓很多影片的觀點變成第一人稱。 Bonnie: Right, I almost feel that I am in the shooter’s angle. 邦尼: 是啊，我看的都覺得身歷其境。

Proof of Concept 觀點驗證程序。 例子: The results of POC were superb. Product Manager 產品經理。 例子: Jake, the PM for the online service has defined a 3-year roadmap. 傑克，線上服務的產品經理己經訂立好了產品的三年路程。 Program Manager 程序管理經理。 例子: Johnny: Who is going to lead the cross-functional integration for this program? 強尼: 是誰要帶程序管理領跨團隊的整合呢？ Bonnie: Iris is the PM assigned to lead it. 邦尼: 愛瑞絲是被指定的程序管理經理來帶領。

PIP
Performance Improvement Plan 效能改進計劃。在季或半年的積效評估中，如果上司針對犯錯或效能跟不上其它員工，會被放到效能改進計劃。如果在此計劃內，在一定時間內沒有改進，就會被以效能沒達到要求被裁員。通常被放入在這計劃內就很難翻身。 例子: Johnny: I heard that Peter got PIPed after the review, is it true? 強尼: 我聽說彼得被放入效能改進計劃，是真的嗎？ Bonnie: Yeah, it’s unfortunate and he is searching for a new job. 邦尼: 是的，很不幸的，所以他在改新的工作了。

Point Of Interest. 興趣點。地理學名詞來表示景點，店家或物件。 例: Can you set the POI to McDonald’s? 你可以把興趣點設成麥當勞嗎?
